Three BistroCo-owners of multi award winning “Restaurant Two”, Michael Conrad and David Pugh teamed up with Peter Merchant to establish an upmarket steak oriented Bistro. The name “Restaurant Two” was born from having 2 owners, so the name of the new establishment was inevitable. The brief included finishes that would be reminiscent of “Restaurant Two’s” floating timber ceiling with exposed services, 80 seat dining area, bar area that takes advantage of the internal retail precinct the Emporium has established, state of the art commercial kitchen, full toilet facilities, mezzanine office, store and a secure storeroom in the underground car park below. |
